为什么东北发展不起来?
主要原因包括：
一：政治因素。一个地方的经济发展需要很多经济政策的扶持还有交通设施的完善。
二：自然地理原因。东北气候特殊，虽然矿藏丰富，但是开采时间短又比较困难。地理位置劣势。
三：历史原因。东北是重工业基地，但优势已渐渐消失。
四：当地人原因。大部分青年东北人选择往京津冀和东南沿海发展，人才流失严重。
除了自身的问题，周边的国家也有一定的影响。俄罗斯不如以前的苏联繁荣，周边的其他国家像朝鲜、蒙古，经济都发展得很一般，边境贸易发展境况也就不如意了。发展沿海经济竞争力又不如南方的城市。
还有就是计划生育遗留的问题，东北地区现在地广人稀，即使有心想去开发也找不到青壮年。东北地区的裙带观念也比较严重，导致了很多有才青年的流失。所以东北经济要发展首要任务是出台相关政策留住人才，吸引人才。要不然一个气候特殊的地区很难有人主动前往扎根发展的。
