每天用白糖加一点点水来洗脸三次

C) 脉冲光：刺激纤维母细胞增生，使真皮层增厚，抚平凹洞，同时因为脉冲光可以刺激胶原蛋白的增生，所以这种方法对于红色痘印和新生成的浅层凹洞都有一定效果。
D) 皮肤深层再生治疗：针对深层粉刺、毛孔清除，可淡化痘疤、明亮肌肤。
E) 雷射磨皮：适合较深的凹洞，可依据皮肤凹洞深浅来做磨皮手术，只要2~3次即可有不错的效果，而且效果较持久，不过由于镭射磨皮伤口较大，需配合术后的保养，如果术后保养没做好皮肤可能泛红，发黑。

白天把珍珠粉和在防晒霜或乳液里用，又美白又防晒；每天晚上清洁过脸部后，我用牛奶、珍珠粉、蜂蜜调和做面膜，用手按摩10分钟左右，再保持15-20分钟用温水洗掉，这个面膜可以帮我去除痘痘留在脸上的印。然后用润肤水调半粒珍珠粉，轻轻拍满全脸，在有痘痘的地方涂厚一点，以盖住痘痘为宜，第二天痘痘就会消退很多；另外坚持每天早晚各服用两粒珍珠粉胶囊，
